- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup edible flower petals
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix with honey and sugar.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with buttermilk and vanilla.
- Fold in the edible flower petals.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before dusting with powdered sugar and additional petals.
