Description

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie made with pineapple and beet, without any banana.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium cooked beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice


Instructions

  1. Add pineapple, beet, coconut water, honey or maple syrup, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
