Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 medium cooked beet, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Add pineapple, beet, coconut water, honey or maple syrup, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk.
- Fresh ginger can be added for an extra kick.
