Description

A delicious and tropical side dish made with pineapple and rice, perfect for summer meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the bell pepper and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the pineapple, cooked rice, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine.
