- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, chopped pistachios, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and almond extract.
- Using your hands, form small mounds of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Add a drizzle of chocolate on top for a twist.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
