Description

Deliciously chewy macaroons made with pistachios and coconut, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, chopped pistachios, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and almond extract.
  3. Using your hands, form small mounds of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
