Description

This delicious pistachio milk cake is a moist and flavorful dessert that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachio nuts, ground
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, combine the ground pistachio nuts, flour, baking powder, and cardamom powder.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
