Description
Deliciously sweet and nutty, these Pistachio Rice Krispie Treats are a fun twist on the classic dessert.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal and pistachios until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, then drizzle over the top of the treats.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
