Ingredients

Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add shallots.
- Cook until soft, then add chicken livers, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until livers are browned and cooked through.
- Add pomegranate juice and thyme, stir well to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Stir in pomegranate seeds before chilling.
- Serve on baguette slices.
