Description

This Pomegranate Molasses Glazed Lamb Shoulder is a delicious and succulent dish, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lamb shoulder
  • 1 cup pomegranate molasses
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pomegranate molasses, garlic, rosemary, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb shoulder.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the lamb on both sides.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for about 3 hours, or until the lamb is tender.
  6. Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
