- 1 lamb shoulder
- 1 cup pomegranate molasses
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix pomegranate molasses, garlic, rosemary, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the lamb shoulder.
- Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the lamb on both sides.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for about 3 hours, or until the lamb is tender.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
