- 1 large round brie cheese
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips.
- Place the brie in the center of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix pomegranate arils, chopped pecans, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Top the brie with the pomegranate mixture, then wrap with the puff pastry strips.
- Brush pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle rosemary on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
