Description

Delicious crostini topped with creamy cheese, pomegranate seeds, and crunchy pistachios.


Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh mint for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
