Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Season the pork belly cubes generously with the spice mixture.
  5. Place the cubes in the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
  6. After 3 hours, remove the pork belly and wrap it in foil, then return to the smoker for another 2 hours.
  7. Remove the pork from the foil and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
