Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Cut the pork belly into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Season the pork belly cubes generously with the spice mixture.
- Place the cubes in the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, remove the pork belly and wrap it in foil, then return to the smoker for another 2 hours.
- Remove the pork from the foil and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
