Description

Deliciously crispy potato cheese sticks that are perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups grated potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Combine grated potatoes, cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into sticks.
  3. Coat each stick with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the sticks until golden brown on all sides.
