Instructions
- Combine grated potatoes, cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into sticks.
- Coat each stick with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sticks until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
