- 200 g smoked bacon
- 2 onions
- 1 egg
- 100 g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes and onions.
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, bacon (diced), onions, egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Spoon the potato mixture into the pan, flattening it to a cake shape.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
