Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush the melted butter over the pastry.
- Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon evenly over the buttered pastry.
- Fold the sides of the pastry towards the center, then roll tightly from both ends.
- Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
