Description

Deliciously soft sourdough buns made with purple sweet potato, perfect for sandwiches or as a side.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.

  6. Shape the dough into buns and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Let the buns rise again for 1-2 hours.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
