Description
A delicious appetizer featuring quail eggs wrapped in savory prosciutto.
Ingredients

- 12 quail eggs
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the quail eggs and boil for about 4 minutes.
- Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath to cool.
- Once cooled, peel the quail eggs.
- Cut each slice of prosciutto in half and wrap around each quail egg.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the wrapped eggs and cook until the prosciutto is crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
