A delicious twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring coconut and Raffaello chocolates for a tropical indulgence.
Ingredients

- 200 grams savoiardi (ladyfingers)
- 400 grams mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 150 grams sugar
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 grams desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 Raffaello chocolates, for garnish
- 50 ml espresso, cooled
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with coconut milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip the savoiardi briefly in espresso and layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the savoiardi.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and top with Raffaello chocolates.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- This dessert is best made a day in advance to allow the flavors to meld.
- For a non-caffeinated version, substitute espresso with warm water or coconut milk.
