- 400 grams ladyfinger cookies
- 500 grams mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 200 ml heavy whipping cream
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
- 200 grams desiccated coconut
- 50 grams grated chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, coconut cream, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies in the cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Sprinkle desiccated coconut and grated chocolate on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
- Chill the tiramisu overnight for the best texture and flavor.
