Description

A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu, this Raffaello Coconut Tiramisu features layers of creamy coconut and almond flavors, perfect for a refreshing dessert.


Ingredients

  • 400 grams ladyfinger cookies
  • 500 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml coconut cream
  • 200 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
  • 200 grams desiccated coconut
  • 50 grams grated chocolate (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, coconut cream, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfinger cookies in the cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle desiccated coconut and grated chocolate on top for garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
  • Chill the tiramisu overnight for the best texture and flavor.
