- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended.
- Gently fold in the raspberries.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are lightly browned.
- Cool on wire racks.
