Description

A delicious and elegant Raspberry Rose Galette that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 4-6 tablespoons ice water
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar, adjust as needed
  • 1 teaspoon rose extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Gradually add ice water until dough comes together. Form into a disk and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix raspberries, lemon juice, honey, and rose extract.
  6. Spread the raspberry mixture onto the dough, leaving a border.
  7. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
