A deliciously sweet and fluffy brioche loaf with a vibrant raspberry swirl.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raspberry puree
Instructions
- Warm the milk and dissolve the sugar in it, then add the butter and let it cool.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and combine with the milk mixture.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt. Pour in the wet ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size, around 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread the raspberry puree, then roll it into a loaf shape.
- Place the loaf in a prepared pan and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- For a sweeter loaf, add more sugar to the raspberry puree.
- Experiment with other fruit purees for different flavors.
