Description

A deliciously sweet and fluffy brioche loaf with a vibrant raspberry swirl.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raspberry puree


Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and dissolve the sugar in it, then add the butter and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and combine with the milk mixture.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt. Pour in the wet ingredients and knead until smooth.
  4. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size, around 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread the raspberry puree, then roll it into a loaf shape.
  6. Place the loaf in a prepared pan and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

  • For a sweeter loaf, add more sugar to the raspberry puree.
  • Experiment with other fruit purees for different flavors.
