- 2 egg whites

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the almond flour mixture.
- Add almond and vanilla extracts and mix until combined.
- Form small balls of dough and roll them in granulated sugar.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to use finely ground almond flour for the best texture.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For a different flavor, add a bit of citrus zest.
