This Rich & Creamy Guava Cheesecake is a delightful dessert that combines the flavor of tropical guava with a creamy cheesecake texture.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup guava puree
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the guava puree, sour cream, and sugar; mix well.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla and salt.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
- Using fresh guava puree will enhance the flavor of the cheesecake.
- Serve with a topping of whipped cream and slices of guava for added presentation.
