- 4 marrow bones
- 1 tablespoon smoked Maldon salt
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the marrow bones on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until the marrow is bubbling.
- While the marrow is roasting, brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them.
- Once the marrow is done, sprinkle with smoked Maldon salt and serve immediately with toasted bread and parsley.
