Description

A decadent dish featuring roasted bone marrow topped with smoked Maldon salt, perfect for spreading on toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 4 marrow bones
  • 1 tablespoon smoked Maldon salt
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place the marrow bones on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until the marrow is bubbling.
  3. While the marrow is roasting, brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them.
  4. Once the marrow is done, sprinkle with smoked Maldon salt and serve immediately with toasted bread and parsley.
