Ingredients

- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 100 grams cooked and mashed roasted beetroot
- 6 grams instant yeast
- 5 grams salt
- 150 ml warm water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add mashed beetroot, warm water, honey, and olive oil.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Divide dough into equal portions and shape into bagels.
- Boil in water for 2 minutes on each side.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, let the bagels cool before serving.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
