Description
Delicious pinwheels made with sage and prosciutto, perfect as an appetizer or party snack.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup arugula or spinach
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped sage, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the prosciutto and arugula on top of the cream cheese spread.
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
- Slice each log into pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- For additional flavor, you can add some grated parmesan to the cream cheese mixture.
- These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
