Description

Delicious pinwheels made with sage and prosciutto, perfect as an appetizer or party snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup arugula or spinach


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped sage, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer the prosciutto and arugula on top of the cream cheese spread.
  4. Tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
  5. Slice each log into pinwheels and serve.

Notes

  • For additional flavor, you can add some grated parmesan to the cream cheese mixture.
  • These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
