- 1 pound fresh salmon, skin removed and diced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the diced salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the salmon balls are baking, prepare the avocado sauce by combining avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth.
- Serve the salmon balls with the creamy avocado sauce.
