Description

Delicious salmon balls served with a creamy avocado sauce, perfect for appetizers or a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon, skin removed and diced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the salmon balls are baking, prepare the avocado sauce by combining avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth.
  6. Serve the salmon balls with the creamy avocado sauce.
