These decadent salted caramel brownies are the perfect blend of rich chocolate flavor and sweet, sticky caramel.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter and both sugars over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the eggs and vanilla.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish.
- Drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over the brownie batter.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and then drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- For an extra rich flavor, use high-quality chocolate and cocoa powder.
- These brownies can be served warm or chilled; both are delicious!
