Description

Deliciously soft and chewy cookies filled with a salted caramel cheesecake filling, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually blend the dry mixture into the wet mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and salt until creamy.
  7. Drop a spoonful of cookie dough on a baking sheet, add a dollop of cheesecake filling, and cover with more cookie dough.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Drizzle with additional salted caramel sauce before serving.
