- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form small balls of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each coconut ball into the chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate-coated truffles.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
