Description
Delicious brownie bites topped with white chocolate and strawberries to resemble festive Santa hats.
Ingredients

- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup strawberries, hulls removed
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Scoop the brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let the brownie bites cool completely.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip the top of each brownie bite in the melted white chocolate and place a strawberry on top to form the Santa hat.
- Pipe or dollop some whipped cream on the top of the strawberry for the hat’s pom-pom.
- If desired, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles for decoration.
Notes
- These brownie bites can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container.
- For variation, try using different types of chocolate or fruit toppings.
