Santa Hat Brownie Bites

Description

Delicious brownie bites topped with white chocolate and strawberries to resemble festive Santa hats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulls removed
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Scoop the brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  5. Let the brownie bites cool completely.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  7. Dip the top of each brownie bite in the melted white chocolate and place a strawberry on top to form the Santa hat.
  8. Pipe or dollop some whipped cream on the top of the strawberry for the hat’s pom-pom.
  9. If desired, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles for decoration.

Notes

  • These brownie bites can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container.
  • For variation, try using different types of chocolate or fruit toppings.
