Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 lime, juiced


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, wasabi paste, ginger, and lime juice.
  2. Marinate the tuna steaks in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Coat each steak with sesame seeds, pressing down to adhere.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tuna for 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
