- 2 tuna steaks
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, wasabi paste, ginger, and lime juice.
- Marinate the tuna steaks in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat each steak with sesame seeds, pressing down to adhere.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tuna for 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
