Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 biscuits, split in half
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Mix well and fold in shredded cheese.
- Spread the seafood mixture onto each biscuit half.
- Place the biscuit halves on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
