Description

A delicious blend of shrimp and crab served on biscuit melts, perfect for any seafood lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 biscuits, split in half


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Mix well and fold in shredded cheese.
  4. Spread the seafood mixture onto each biscuit half.
  5. Place the biscuit halves on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
