Description

Ingredients

  • 200 grams silk thread noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup assorted vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Soak the silk thread noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until soft.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add assorted vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan along with soy sauce.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
