- 200 grams silk thread noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Soak the silk thread noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until soft.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add assorted vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the pan along with soy sauce.
- Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
