Delightful and creamy, this Simple Sweet Potato Mousse is a perfect dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake them for about 45 minutes until tender.
  3. Let cool, then scoop out the flesh and place it in a bowl.
  4. Add brown sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the sweet potato and mix until smooth.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  6. Serve in individual dishes and enjoy!
