- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake them for about 45 minutes until tender.
- Let cool, then scoop out the flesh and place it in a bowl.
- Add brown sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the sweet potato and mix until smooth.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
- Serve in individual dishes and enjoy!
