Description

Delicious and sweet candied nuts made effortlessly in your slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed nuts
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, combine the mixed nuts, granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Stir until the nuts are well coated.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. Spread the nuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
  5. Once cooled, break apart and store in an airtight container.
