Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed nuts
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine the mixed nuts, granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir until the nuts are well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Spread the nuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
- Once cooled, break apart and store in an airtight container.

- Can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
- Make sure to stir the mixture frequently to prevent burning.
