- 2 pounds beef cheek
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Trim excess fat from the beef cheek and cut into cubes.
- Mix spices and rub them all over the beef cheek cubes.
- Smoke the beef cheek cubes for about 3-4 hours until they are tender.
- Toss with barbecue sauce and smoke for an additional hour.
- Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
