Description

Deliciously smoked beef cheek burnt ends that are tender and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef cheek
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Trim excess fat from the beef cheek and cut into cubes.
  3. Mix spices and rub them all over the beef cheek cubes.
  4. Smoke the beef cheek cubes for about 3-4 hours until they are tender.
  5. Toss with barbecue sauce and smoke for an additional hour.
  6. Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
