Description

Deliciously rich and satisfying fat bombs made from beef suet, perfect for a high-fat diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef suet, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped beef suet, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  4. Place it in the freezer until solid, about 1-2 hours.
  5. Once set, pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store them in the freezer.
