- 2 cups beef suet, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped beef suet, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
- Place it in the freezer until solid, about 1-2 hours.
- Once set, pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store them in the freezer.
