- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Trim excess fat from the brisket.

- Place brisket in the smoker and smoke for about 1.5 hours per pound.
- During the last hour of cooking, brush the brisket with melted tallow.
