- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
- Season the short ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the short ribs in the smoker and smoke for 5-6 hours until tender.
- In a saucepan, combine buffalo sauce, butter, and honey; heat until melted.
