- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup smoked honey
- 4 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a bowl, mix together smoked honey, minced anchovies, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create a marinade.
- Coat the ribs with the marinade and let them sit for at least 1 hour.
- Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 4 hours, or until tender.
- Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the ribs overnight.
