- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Rub the lamb neck with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place the lamb neck in the smoker and cook for about 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F.
- During the last hour of cooking, add vegetable broth and rosemary to the smoker for additional flavor.
- Remove the lamb neck from the smoker and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve and enjoy the crispy exterior and tender meat!
