Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lamb neck
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Rub the lamb neck with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place the lamb neck in the smoker and cook for about 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F.
  4. During the last hour of cooking, add vegetable broth and rosemary to the smoker for additional flavor.
  5. Remove the lamb neck from the smoker and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve and enjoy the crispy exterior and tender meat!
