Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. Add smoked salmon, cream cheese, and dill, distributing evenly.
