- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
- Add smoked salmon, cream cheese, and dill, distributing evenly.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice to serve.
