Ingredients

- 1 packet instant yeast

- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup vanilla custard (for filling)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, warm milk and mix in eggs, butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and cut into donut shapes.
- Heat oil in a fryer and fry donuts until golden brown.
- Cool the donuts and fill with vanilla custard using a piping bag.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
