Description

These Spinach & Artichoke Phyllo Cups are a delightful appetizer that combines creamy artichokes and fresh spinach in crispy phyllo pastry, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 phyllo pastry cups


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
