- 12 ounces jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic, and Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Feel free to add more vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini for added flavor.
- These stuffed shells can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
