Description

Delicious squid tubes filled with a savory ground pork mixture, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large squid tubes
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the squid tubes with the pork mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed squid in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
