- 4 large squid tubes
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the squid tubes with the pork mixture.
- Place the stuffed squid in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
