Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the ground pistachios and self-raising flour.
- Gradually add the milk until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pudding basin and smooth the top.
- Cover with foil and steam for 1 hour until cooked through.
- Serve warm drizzled with golden syrup.
