Description

A deliciously moist sponge pudding made with ground pistachios, served with a sticky syrup.


Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 grams golden syrup


Instructions

  2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the ground pistachios and self-raising flour.
  5. Gradually add the milk until fully combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased pudding basin and smooth the top.
  7. Cover with foil and steam for 1 hour until cooked through.
  8. Serve warm drizzled with golden syrup.
