Delicious strawberry matcha latte rolls featuring a soft dough and creamy filling, perfect for any dessert lover.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and egg; then pour into the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until a dough forms and knead gently.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the softened cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla evenly over the dough.
  7. Distribute sliced strawberries on top.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  9. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
