- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and egg; then pour into the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a dough forms and knead gently.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread the softened cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla evenly over the dough.
- Distribute sliced strawberries on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger matcha flavor, increase the amount of matcha powder used.
