Description

Delicious strawberry matcha latte rolls that are perfect for a sweet treat or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the matcha powder and diced strawberries.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing into rolls.
