- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the matcha powder and diced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into rolls.
Notes
- These rolls are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Serve with whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate for an extra treat!
